Verify the accuracy of the claims in the Request and Management Response and provide an expert opinion on the adequacy of Project design, appraisal and implementation in relation to the Bank’s applicable operational policies and procedures. Examine the design, appraisal, implementation, and supervision of the Project with respect to its alleged social impacts. Assess whether the first overall objective of OP 4.12 to avoid, where feasible, or minimize, involuntary resettlement has been met taking into consideration analysis of alternatives required under OP/BP 4.01.
